About

I am a 21 year high school English teacher who changed schools 10 years ago and inherited the journalism class. I use the Texas UIL journalism contests to teach the class and we have some state wins under our belts. I am not sure how it has taken me this long to find JEA, but in my search for help starting our school newspaper, I finally found it, and I look forward to learning even more about journalism and implementing new curriculum into my class.
