Tiecha Keiffer is a Special Education Teacher at Algiers Charter School Association. She serves on the Louisiana State Personnel Development Literacy Leadership Team at the school level. Tiecha is the director/facilitator at Youth Speak Up, a public speaking nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing public speaking, leadership skills, and communication skills in students. She is also the former Creative Director at Boomers Lifestyle Network Magazine with responsibility for creative input into new projects and ideas, especially visual identity of magazine. She also served as Producer and Co-Host of the Boomers Lifestyle Network Radio where she created subject matter and guest interviews.  Prior to joining Boomers Lifestyle Network, Tiecha worked in special education advocacy; speech coaching and as a community news reporter at The Times-Picayune/Algiers-Picayune.
