I may be a little new to teaching but am not new to yearbook. I was on the staff of two high school yearbooks and four college yearbooks, serving as Editor-In-Chief for one year at Ouachita Baptist University. I first taught for 3 years in Northeast Texas but moved to Austin in 2020. In 2023, I took and passed my CJE exam at the Boston fall convention. In 2024, I was nominated by my fellow teachers on campus as a Teacher of the Year candidate. I hope to continue building on my skills as an educator and as an adviser in the years to come.
