Kyle Phillips, CJE, is an education and training specialist at SNO Sites. He provides training and support to SNO clients. He is also a member of the Best of SNO and Distinguished Sites judging team. Before becoming a member of the SNO Patrol, Kyle advised a high school newspaper, student news website and yearbook.
