Jim Mielty is the Director of Yearbook Advisers, Inc., a New York-based Herff Jones Yearbook Office. He enjoys the challenge of starting a new yearbook program from scratch. Jim began his yearbook journey in middle school. His three decades of experience with yearbooks and design has made him an expert in his field.
