Glenn Morehouse Olson is a Certified Journalism Educator who also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theater performance. Now in her 15th year as an educator, she  teaches journalism (on-line, broadcast, social media, and print), theater, AP Lang and Comp,  and Language Arts (grades 9 ñ 12) at St. Francis High School in Minnesota. A second career teacher, Ms. Morehouse Olson comes to teaching after a successful career as a theatre communications specialist working in public and media relations for diverse arts organizations in the Twin Cities area. She was awarded the Dow Jones Special Recognition Adviser Award in 2007 and received a JEA Rising Star Award for 2007-2008. SFHS awarded her Activities Adviser of the Year for the 2010-11 school year and she was a semi-finalist for MN Teacher of the Year for the 2016-17 school year.
