Adriana Chavira, MJE, advises The Pearl Post website and newsmagazine as well as Prestige Yearbook at Daniel Pearl Magnet High School in Los Angeles. She is vice president of the Southern California Journalism Education Association, an ambassador for the News Literacy Project and on the boards of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists & California Press Foundation. Adriana is also a national board certified teacher in CTE.
